Millionaires United is operated by Athada (Pvt) Ltd, a company registered in Sri Lanka.
We provide a private international community for networking, introductions, and business and investment discussion. Members connect through our official Discord server, Telegram group, and WhatsApp group.
This Disclaimer covers our website content, community discussions, introductions, and related communications. It should be read alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
2. Information Is Not Personalised Advice
Website articles, community messages, and other materials are provided for general information and discussion.
They are not personalised investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. Information may not take account of your objectives, financial position, risk tolerance, residence, or legal obligations.
Obtain appropriate independent advice before making a decision with financial, legal, or commercial consequences.
A member’s professional title or qualifications do not, by themselves, create an advisory relationship with you.
3. We Do Not Manage Investments or Arrange Transactions
Millionaires United does not:

Discussions may lead to independent business relationships or investment proposals. Any resulting agreement is between the participants concerned.
4. Membership Is Not an Endorsement
Admission, verification, an introduction, or permission to share an opportunity does not constitute our endorsement of a person, business, product, service, or investment.
A “verified member” has completed our admission checks. This does not mean we have audited their wealth, examined their entire history, or guaranteed their honesty, competence, creditworthiness, or financial claims.
Moderator approval of a post concerns its suitability for community discussion. It is not investment due diligence, regulatory approval, or confirmation that the opportunity is lawful in every jurisdiction.
5. Investment and Business Risks
Investments and business transactions can result in partial or total loss. They may involve illiquidity, leverage, currency movements, valuation uncertainty, counterparty failure, fraud, and changes in law or market conditions.
Private company, startup, property, and cross-border investments may be difficult to value or exit.
Past performance, projected returns, testimonials, and another member’s success do not reliably indicate your future results. Projections depend on assumptions and may not be achieved.
You are responsible for independently assessing opportunities, verifying claims, and deciding whether to proceed.
6. Accuracy, Statistics, and Timeliness
We aim to publish useful information, but articles and discussions may contain errors, omissions, estimates, or information that later becomes outdated.
Global wealth statistics and rankings can differ according to the source, reporting date, exchange rates, valuation methods, and definition of wealth used.
An article’s publication date matters. Information that was accurate when published may no longer reflect current conditions.
Illustrative examples, scenarios, and calculations are not predictions or promises. Where content is identified as hypothetical, it should not be treated as a report of actual events or results.
7. Member Opinions and Commercial Interests
Members speak for themselves unless expressly authorised to represent Millionaires United.
Their views do not necessarily reflect ours. We do not independently verify every statement, document, recommendation, or claim shared within the community.
Members must disclose relevant commercial interests under our Terms of Use. However, you should ask questions and make your own assessment rather than assume a discussion is free from conflicts.
We may remove inappropriate material, but its presence does not establish that we have reviewed or approved it.
8. External Websites, Advertising, and Recommendations
Our website and community may contain external links, advertisements, or references to third-party services.
Unless expressly stated, these do not constitute recommendations or endorsements. We do not control third-party content, security, privacy practices, prices, or contractual terms.
Advertisements displayed through services such as Google AdSense are not individually selected or endorsed by Millionaires United.
Where we publish sponsored content or receive an affiliate or referral benefit, we will identify that relationship in connection with the relevant content.
9. Privacy and Confidentiality Limits
Members are required to respect confidentiality. Nevertheless, no online community can guarantee that every participant will comply or that every platform will remain secure.
Use judgment when sharing information. Do not disclose passwords, account credentials, inside information, or material you are not authorised to share.
Discord, Telegram, and WhatsApp have their own visibility settings and data practices. In ordinary WhatsApp groups, your phone number may be visible to other participants.

10. International Participation
A discussion or opportunity may be lawful in one country and restricted in another.
Availability within the community does not mean an investment, financial promotion, business arrangement, or service is authorised where you live.
Consider applicable securities, tax, licensing, sanctions, foreign exchange, and other legal requirements before acting.
11. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Membership does not guarantee introductions, funding, customers, partnerships, investment opportunities, or any particular professional or financial result.
Members decide whether to respond, make introductions, collaborate, or enter into transactions. Participation creates no obligation to do so.
12. Responsibility and Legal Rights
The limitations and responsibilities in our Terms of Use apply to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes responsibility for our own fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. It does not remove mandatory consumer, privacy, or other statutory rights.
If this Disclaimer conflicts with the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use take precedence, subject to applicable law.
